Police investigating the stabbing of a man in Essex have appealed for information about the whereabouts of a teenager they wish to speak to.

A 20-year-old man sustained life-threatening injuries in the attack in Fairfax Drive, Westcliff, on Thursday.

Officers want to speak to Eric Brophy, 18, who has links to the Southend and Dagenham areas.
