M25 crash arrest: Man bailed over Waltham Abbey collision

A man arrested in connection with a fatal crash on the M25 in Essex has been released on bail.

One person, a man believed to be 39 and from Leicester, was killed in Tuesday's collision, which happened at about 01:50 GMT near Waltham Abbey.

A 33-year-old man, also from Leicester, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He has been bailed until April pending enquiries.

The other man who was arrested, 25, is still being treated in hospital.

He will be questioned at a later date, an Essex Police spokeswoman said.
