Lydney police arrest men over theft of charity clothing

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of theft from a recycled clothing bin in the Forest of Dean.
Officers spotted a white transit van in a car park in Albert Street, Lydney, in the early hours of Wednesday and found a nearby charity clothing bin had been forced open with a car jack.
Three men, aged 28, 21 and 19, from London, were arrested on suspicion of theft and going equipped for theft.
They were bailed to attend Gloucester Police Station on 5 January.
Officers said they also recovered flyers believed to be related to a bogus charity.
