Pair arrested after two Cheltenham carjackings

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of robbery following two carjackings in Cheltenham on Thursday night.

At 2300 GMT, a 33-year-old man was attacked by two men who stole his keys after he parked his car in Brymore Close, Prestbury, and drove off.

Just before 2330 GMT a woman in Unwin Road was threatened with a screwdriver for her car keys, but she retrieved them and stopped her car being taken.

The men arrested are aged 29 and 31, and both are from Cheltenham.
