M5 in Gloucestershire reopens after body found on road

The M5 northbound at junction 10 in Gloucestershire has reopened after it was closed when a man's body was found on the carriageway.

Police said a man was seen climbing over the over-bridge safety barrier just before 1500 GMT.

All three lanes were closed to traffic for more than four hours just north of Cheltenham.

The road reopened at about 1930 GMT after police recovered the body and finished investigations at the scene.
