Death of man in Gloucester 'unexplained', police say

Two men have been arrested after the "unexplained" death of a man in Gloucester, police have said.

Emergency services were called to St Catherine Street at approximately 22:30 BST to reports of a man having a cardiac arrest. He died at the scene.

The man is thought to be aged between 30 and 50. A police spokesman said the two men are currently being questioned at a police station within the county.

A pathologist is due to conduct a post-mortem to establish the cause of death.
