A man arrested on suspicion of murdering a builder from the Forest of Dean in 2002 has been released on bail.

The 60-year-old from Cinderford, who was arrested on Thursday, will report to police later in May.

Police believe father-of-two Shaun James was kidnapped and then run over in Cinderford on 15 December 2002.

Last week, four other men from Gloucestershire were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder over the death of the 32-year-old.

The men - a 53-year-old from Cheltenham and three men aged 63, 51 and 46 from Cinderford - have also been bailed to return to police in May.
