Woman arrested in Portsmouth park rape inquiry
A woman has been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with a Portsmouth rape inquiry.
She was detained by detectives after a 32-year-old woman alleged she was forced into a red car by a man in Fratton Road.
Police said he drove off and later raped her at a park, thought to be St Mary's Recreation Ground, on Monday.
A man, 26, held on suspicion of rape was released without charge.
The woman has been bailed until 28 July.
