Jamie Dack Southampton bin body death: Two deny murder

Two men accused of murdering a man whose burned body was found in an industrial bin have pleaded not guilty.

The body of Jamie Dack, 22, was found at Empress Road Industrial Estate in Southampton on 8 April.

Ryan Ian Woodmansey, 31, Andrew William Dwyer-Skeats, 25, Lee Matthew Nicholls, 28, and Donna Louise Chalk, 20, appeared at Winchester Crown Court.

Mr Woodmansey and Mr Nicholls pleaded not guilty to murder. Mr Dwyer-Skeats and Ms Chalk are yet to enter a plea.

Mr Woodmansey, of no fixed abode, admitted perverting the course of justice. Mr Nicholls, of Southampton Street, Southampton, pleaded not guilty to the same charge.

Mr Dwyer-Skeats, of Earls Road, Southampton, and Ms Chalk, of Earls Road, Southampton, were arraigned on charges of murder and will reappear in court at a later date to enter their pleas.

All four have been remanded in custody.

A provisional trial date has been set for 8 October.
