Totton farm slavery raid: Man bailed
A man arrested after the rescue of eight men, believed to have been held as slaves, has been released on bail.
Officers executed a warrant at Little Testwood Farm on Salisbury Road, Totton in Hampshire on Tuesday.
They rescued the men, aged between 21 and 46, who are a mix of Romanian, Latvian and Polish nationalities.
A man, 27, from Luton, was held on suspicion of knowingly holding another person in slavery or servitude. He has been bailed until 13 October.
The farm is believed to house a caravan site.
Police also recovered industrial equipment believed to have been stolen.
