Fail to stop charge after fatal Andover crash
A man has been charged with failing to stop at the scene of a collision after a cyclist died in a crash in Hampshire.
Brian Tozer, 46, was struck by a vehicle in Andover on 6 March and was found lying in the road by a passing motorist.
He died of his injuries in hospital.
Michael Thomas O'Shea, 28, of Roman Way, Andover was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving but was later charged with failing to stop at the scene.
The crash happened near the Folly Roundabout, Redon Way, at about 00:45 GMT.
Mr O'Shea was also charged with failing to report the collision to police. He will appear before Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on 6 September.
