Fundraising event for Hereford skate park

A skateboarding festival has been taking place in Hereford to try to raise funds to extend a skate park in the city.
A total of £175,000 is needed to pay for an extra area for skating at the Holmer Road facility, which opened last year.
Adding toilets and a shop is part of a long-term plan for the site.
Churches organised the initiative on Saturday. Competitions and a concert were scheduled.
One of the organisers, Jason Marrett from the Christian Life Centre, said the facility was "going to be a great asset for the city".
