New Worcestershire village pavilion celebrated

A new pavilion in a village has been officially opened after about £200,000 was awarded by sports bodies.
The facility on Marlbank Road will benefit Welland Juniors Football Club in Welland, Worcestershire.
Little Malvern & Welland Parish Council was awarded £99,393, after applying to the Football Foundation.
It also received a £100,000 grant from the Football Association under its capital allocation within the Whole Sport Plan agreed with Sport England.
The event on Saturday also celebrated a renovated pitch in the area.
