Man charged with attempted murder in Evesham

A man remains in hospital after he was attacked with a knife in Worcestershire.

Emergency services were called to an address in Port Street, Evesham, during Sunday night where they found the man with a number of of knife wounds.

A 33-year-old man, from Evesham, was arrested a short while later and has been charged with attempted murder.

He is due to appear before magistrates in Worcester later.
