Screwdriver damage on five cars in Telford street

Damage estimated at more than £2,000 has been caused to five cars in the same street in Shropshire.
Police said they believe a screwdriver was dragged along the body work of the BMW, Ford Fiesta, Peugeot 206, Hyundai Coupe and Vauxhall.
Officers were called to Abbey Road in Telford on Christmas Day and conducted a search of the area but the offender had made off, a spokesman added.
Damage put at bout £500 was caused to each vehicle.
A police spokeswoman said: "It appears that a suspect walked past each vehicle and caused damage with possibly a screwdriver.
"Four families were affected by these acts, which certainly didn't help them to get their Christmas Day off to the right start."
