M5 Worcestershire crash leaves one injured
A man has been taken to hospital following a car crash on the M5.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said they were called to the southbound services exit at Strensham, in Worcestershire, at just after 0250 BST.
A spokesman said two cars had collided and a man in his 40s was trapped in his vehicle for more than an hour with chest and abdominal injuries.
The man was taken to Worcester Royal Hospital for treatment while the driver of the other car was uninjured.
He said: "Ambulance crews found two cars had collided at the exit to the southbound services at Strensham.
"One car had come to rest on its side and over the nearside crash barrier."
