Animal drugs taken from vet's car in Malvern

Animal drugs, which are harmful to humans, have been stolen from a vet's car in Malvern.

Police have issued a warning after the theft which happened overnight from 30 August to Wednesday.

The drugs were taken from a silver Audi A4 estate which was parked in Drake Street, Welland.

A Stanley tool box and a lock-up safe box containing various animal drugs were stolen, some of which are dangerous if taken.

A police spokesman said two 25ml bottles of Somulose injectable solution, used to put down cattle, were among the items taken which are harmful to humans.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of the drugs is asked to contact West Mercia Police immediately.
