Worcestershire Jehovah's Witnesses hall's gates found
A pair of solid wooden gates that were stolen from a religious centre in Worcestershire have been recovered.
They were stolen from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at Twyford, in Evesham on 1 December, and are worth several thousand pounds.
A police officer noticed the gates on a caravan site in Cleeve Prior.
PC James Wood said they were pleased to have been able to find the gates "and return them to their rightful owner - who is delighted to have them back".
He added: "The investigation into who stole the gates is still ongoing, but this is a successful result for us so far which sends a clear message that we will not tolerate such blatant criminality.
"With this in mind, I would urge whoever is responsible for the theft to hand themselves in at the earliest opportunity."
