A man in his 20s has been charged with murdering a man found dead at his flat after a suspected arson attack.

Andrew Heath, 52, was discovered after a fire in Warndon, Worcester, early on 14 December 2011.

The man in his 20s and three people charged with perverting the course of justice - two women and a man - are due at Worcester Magistrates' Court on Thursday.

A man and woman remain in custody being questioned over the murder inquiry.

They are both in their 20s.

Those charged with perverting the course of justice are a woman in her 40s, a woman in her 20s and a man in his 20s.
