Two 16-year-olds who died in a road crash in North Lincolnshire at the weekend have been named by police.
Laura McGowan, of Legard Avenue, Brigg, and Joshua Parkin, of Bluebell Grove, Brigg, were in a car which collided with a HGV on Dawes Lane in Scunthorpe.
Another 16-year-old girl who was in the car remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Joshua's eight-year-old sister told BBC News: "He was a really kind brother and I really miss him."
The driver of the car, an 18-year-old man, was arrested and has been released on bail while police inquiries continue.
The 30-year-old man who was driving the HGV remains in Scunthorpe Hospital with serious injuries which are not thought to be life-threatening.
The car, a blue Honda Civic, was travelling towards Brigg and the HGV, a blue DAF, was travelling in the opposite direction when they collided at 1646 BST on Saturday.
A police spokesman said: "Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or either of the vehicles before the collision.
"In particular, we would like to speak to the driver of a silver car which was overtaken by the blue car involved in the collision on Dawes Lane prior to the accident."
