Arrests in Grimsby after 1,000 cannabis plants found

Four men have been arrested after police uncovered 1,000 cannabis plants during a raid in Grimsby.

Police searched the property in Stallingbrough Road on Monday after acting on information from local residents.

Police estimated the street value of the drugs to be about £2m, making it "one of the biggest cannabis factories found in the area".

Four men aged between 21 and 49 have been arrested and remain in custody.
