Bag stolen from woman using mobility scooter in Hull

A woman riding a mobility scooter had her handbag and £200 stolen in Hull.

The woman, 31, was on Swann Street at about 0015 GMT on Monday when a man approached her.

The man grabbed her brown clutch bag, which contained money, two mobile phones and bank cards. He ran off towards Oxford Street.

The man was white, in his 30s, 5ft 10ins tall, with brown hair and glasses. He was wearing a hi-visibility jacket and had a black rucksack.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the police.
