Man dies in North Lincolnshire car crash


A man has died and another man was injured after a car crash in North Lincolnshire.

Humberside Police said the car, driven by a 19-year-old man from Epworth, left the road on the A161 near Crowle at 03:20 on 16 September.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The car's passenger, a 20-year-old man from Epworth, sustained facial injuries and was taken to Scunthorpe General Hospital for treatment.

Police said the reason for the crash was "as yet unknown" and they are appealing for witnesses.
