Strood man charged over Kent train robberies

A teenager has been charged and two others arrested over a series of alleged robberies on train services between London and Kent.

A 19-year-old man from Strood is due before Bexley Magistrates' Court later charged with the offences.

British Transport Police said two other teenagers from Chatham, aged 17 and 19, had been bailed until next month,

A force spokesman said the arrests relate to incidents on the North Kent Line between 24 August and 8 September.
