Parents say they paid in advance for the childcare service
Parents of children who attended a Kent nursery were left without childcare after the facility shut without warning.
The Poppets Montessori Day Nursery in Snodland, which was open on Friday, was found boarded up on Saturday morning.
Parents said they had paid in advance for the childcare service and had been given no warning about the closure.
Staff said they received text messages telling them the business had gone into administration.
They told BBC South East they had not been paid recently.
Some members of staff have offered to look after children while parents find alternative childcare.
No-one from the Poppets Montessori Day Nursery, which had capacity for 40 children, was available for comment.
