Stabbed Broadstairs woman stable in hospital
A 20-year-old woman stabbed during an altercation in Kent is in a serious but stable condition.
She was airlifted to hospital in London following reports of a fight between two women in Granville Road, Broadstairs, at 12:48 GMT on Thursday.
Det Insp Nick Greenan, of Kent Police, said both women were known to each other, and no-one else was injured.
He said it was an "isolated incident" and the suspect was still being sought. Witnesses are urged to contact police.
Officers temporarily closed Granville Road, Granville Avenue and adjacent alleyways while the incident was investigated.
A knife was recovered from the area during the evening.
