Canterbury motorhome murder: Woman not guilty

A woman who was accused of the murder of a man who died in a motorhome in Kent has been found not guilty.

His body was found by police in a motorhome in a car park in New Dover Road, Canterbury, on 28 June, 2011.

Julie Barron, 45, of no fixed address, was acquitted at Canterbury Crown Court of killing John McDaid, 43, between 27 and 28 June 2011

She was discharged at the end of the trial in which the prosecution failed to offer any evidence.
