Two 18-year-old men killed in a car crash in a village in Kent were loving and caring, their families have said.

Charlie Carver and Joe Fitton were in a silver Rover which collided with a grey Skoda on Harvel Road, Vigo, at about 19:10 GMT on 12 February.

Mr Carver's family said he was "one of a kind" and had left "a huge space within our hearts and lives".

Mr Fitton's family said he brought "joy and happiness to so many", and had "the deepest love for everyone".

Appealing for witnesses to the crash, Kent Police asked the driver of a white SUV, possibly a Nissan Qashqai, who was seen travelling eastbound along Harvel Road, to contact them.

A woman in her 20s - who was also in the Rover - suffered severe injuries.

A man in his 60s, who was in the Skoda, was treated in hospital for minor injuries.
