Police have issued CCTV images of four men they want to trace after disorder at the east Lancashire derby.
Fighting broke out at Burnley's Turf Moor stadium at the end of the Premier League clash against Blackburn Rovers on 28 March.
A number of people have been arrested over the disorder, which happened in the Cricket Field Stand.
But police believe more people may have been involved and think the men could help their inquiries.
Det Con Shaun Juriansz, football intelligence officer, urged anyone who recognises the men to come forward.
"This disturbance, which involved a large number of people, happened at the end of the match.
"Fortunately no one was injured but we are keen to speak to these men and anyone else who has information to help with our investigation.
"We want people of all ages to be able to enjoy the football in safety and we will not tolerate anyone who might compromise that by behaving in a violent or anti-social manner."
