Cocaine worth £45k seized in police raid in Blackpool

Cocaine with a street value of more than £45,000 has been seized by Lancashire Police during a raid on a house in Blackpool.

Officers discovered three 250g bars of the drug at an address on Dovetree Court on Saturday.

Thousands of pounds in cash was found during a second raid at a house on Newhouse Road, Blackpool.

A 45-year-old man was charged with possessing cocaine with intent to supply.

Lancashire Police said the operation resulted in a "significant seizure".
