Two people arrested over the death of a woman in a fire at a care home have been released without charge.

Edith Stuart, 96, died after suffering severe burns in the fire, which broke out on Monday at Cleveleys Park Rest Home in Cleveleys, Lancashire.

A 27-year-old woman and a 17-year-old girl were arrested on suspicion of murder but released on Friday.

Lancashire police said the investigation into who started the fire was continuing.

Four residents and two employees were taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital after the fire broke out at 1800 BST on Monday.
