Pair charged over man's death in Blackburn
A man has been charged with murder after the body of a 31-year-old man was found in Lancashire.
Dominic Bibby was found at his house in Delph Close, Blackburn on 22 December. Post-mortem tests revealed he died from a number of serious injuries.
Glen Mould, 35, of Delph Close, Blackburn has been charged with murder.
A second man, 36-year-old Terrence Swallow, was charged with perverting the course of justice, a spokeswoman for Lancashire Police said.
Both men were due to appear before Blackburn magistrates on Wednesday.
