Appeal as 73-year-old Leeds woman robbed of jewellery

A 73-year-old woman has had jewellery stolen after she was attacked by three men in Leeds.

The woman was approached by the men while unloading her car at about 1430 BST on 15 October.

West Yorkshire Police said they pushed her to the ground and stole the jewellery she was wearing.

The incident happened on the city's Harrogate Road in the Bramhope area. Anyone who witnessed the robbery is asked to contact police.

The woman was not injured, but was said to be very shaken by the ordeal.

The men were all believed to be wearing hooded tops. They had been seen near the Dynley Arms Pub shortly before the woman was attacked.
