Man admits causing death of boy on Bradford crossing
A 21-year-old man has admitted causing the death of a 12-year-old schoolboy in a hit-and-run crash in Bradford.
Bilal Khizar was hit by the car being driven by Zain Khan last October on a crossing on Rooley Lane.
Khan pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving at Bradford Crown Court.
He also admitted dangerous driving and perverting the course of justice. He was remanded in custody to be sentenced at Bradford Crown Court on 7 February.
Sara Hughes, 21, who earlier admitted perverting the course of justice in connection with the crash, will be sentenced on the same date.
