Bradford teenager appears at Old Bailey over bomb plot
A teenage boy accused of making a bomb in a terrorist plot has appeared at the Old Bailey.
The 17-year-old from Bradford, West Yorkshire, was charged with preparation of terrorist acts contrary to Section 5 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
He allegedly made an improvised explosive device with the intention of carrying out an attack on or before 26 July.
The defendant appeared in court via video-link and was remanded in custody.
He has not yet entered a plea and is to appear at Leeds or Bradford crown court in January.
