Further charges in connection with Tyron Charles murder

Three people have been charged with further offences in connection with a man's murder.

Tyron Charles, 29, was found dead on moorland near Oxenhope in October.

Janet Sutcliffe, 61, Kevin Sutcliffe, 60 and James Sutcliffe, 28, have been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and possession of extreme pornography.

James Sutcliffe, who has previously been charged with Mr Charles's murder, has also been charged with voyeurism.

All three defendants, of Hill Crest Road, Denholme, will appear at Bradford Magistrates' Court later.

Mr Charles's body was found by police at Hill Gouse Edge Lane. He died from a single gunshot wound to the head.

He had been reported missing by his family several weeks before.
