Leicester City football fans are being urged to use the Enderby park and ride service to get to this weekend's game.
Supporters have been told the service will help them arrive in plenty of time for the match against Doncaster Rovers which kicks off at 1500 GMT.
Buses stop near the Walkers Stadium and will help ease city centre congestion, the county council said.
Saturday's match is a 'fans' fixture' which usually attracts bigger attendances.
Jamie Tabor, media and marketing manager for Leicester City Football Club, said: "The park and ride makes it easier for supporters to get to and from the ground, especially those travelling together as a group ticket is just £3.50."
Lesley Pendleton, of Leicestershire County Council, said: "The park and ride serves the terminus in the city centre but included in the ticket cost is travel around the city loop and includes the bus stop outside Leicester Royal Infirmary, which is only a short walk from the Walkers Stadium."
