Pig farm worker guilty of attacking Lincolnshire woman with scissors
A pig farm worker from Poland has been convicted of trying to murder a Lincolnshire flatmate at their home.
Andrzej Chranowski, 34, stabbed Christine Seymour, 59, of Green Lane, Spalding, with scissors.
Chranowksi was found guilty of attempted murder by a jury at Lincoln Crown Court on Friday.
Miss Seymour was stabbed four times, including once just a few centimetres from her heart, on 2 February.
Judge John Milmo warned Chranowski he was considering passing an indeterminate jail term for public protection.
Chranowksi will be sentenced in January.
