Ex-boxer Shaun Cummins murder: Man remanded
A man has been remanded in custody charged with the murder of a former boxer in Leicester.
Body parts of Shaun Cummins, 45, were found in a freezer at a house on Marriot Road, off Saffron Lane, on 12 September.
Thomas Dunkley, 28, of no fixed address, appeared at Leicester Crown Court via videolink from prison.
No plea was entered and no application for bail was made. He will next appear at the crown court on 25 September.
The court heard that post-mortem examinations of Mr Cummins' remains had so far been inconclusive.
