Police investigating a crash in Lincolnshire in which a 16-year-old boy died have said they are looking for two vehicles seen nearby.

Jack Brennan, from Great Dunmow in Essex, was in a Citroen Xsara Picasso when it went into a dyke at Midville Road, Stickney, on 20 August.

Officers said they believe that shortly after the incident, a red van and a car drove past the scene.

The drivers, who may have seen the crash, have been urged to come forward.

A two-year-old girl who was also in the Citroen was left in a serious but stable condition.

The female driver and two other boys, aged 14 and 15, managed to escape the crash.
