Fatal Lincolnshire car crash victim identified

A 71-year-old Lincolnshire woman, who died after her car collided with a motorcycle, has been identified.

The crash happened at the junction of the A607 and the A153 at Honington near Grantham on Friday evening.

Edna Storr of Barkston, was taken to Lincoln County Hospital where she died shortly after arrival.

The motorcyclist, a 55-year-old man from Harpenden in Hertfordshire, is in a serious but stable condition in Lincoln County Hospital.

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
