Appeal over produce lorry stolen in Lincolnshire

An appeal has been made after a lorry loaded with produce was stolen from a Lincolnshire farm.

The curtain-sided Leyland DAF vehicle was found to be missing at 0715 BST after being parked on Tuesday evening at Puttock Gate in Fosdyke.

The lorry contained a large quantity of pumpkins, apples, oranges and cabbages.

Police said they were keen to speak to anyone who had seen the vehicle, registration S578 COU, or speak to anyone with information about it.
