Drivers arrested over death of biker at Scredington

Two drivers have been arrested following the death of a motorcyclist in a crash near Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

The 18-year-old Honda rider died at the scene of the collision, which involved a Ford Fiesta and a Vauxhall Corsa, at Scredington on Friday afternoon.

The 20-year-old Fiesta driver and the 22-year-old Corsa driver, both from Sleaford, were questioned on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

They have been released on bail pending further inquiries.

The crash victim, who is from Donington near Spalding, has not yet been named.

Anyone who witnessed the collision, which happened just before 1700 GMT, should contact Lincolnshire Police.
