Lincolnshire MP John Hayes' agent in court over kidnap

Four people, including the spokesman for a Lincolnshire MP, have appeared in court charged with kidnapping.

Craig Jackson, 39, of Wharf Street, Spalding, is the agent for for South Holland and Deepings MP John Hayes.

Mr Jackson is charged with kidnapping a man aged 50 on 30 January, with Andrew Sayer, 39, of Moons Green, Spalding.

Angela Skeels, 37, of the Wash and Tope, Hunstanton and Gina Page, 47, of Estuary Close, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, are also charged with kidnapping.

Mr Jackson was remanded into custody at Lincoln Crown Court and the other three were granted bail until a plea and case management hearing on 26 April.

He is also charged, with Ms Skeels and Ms Page, of perverting the course of justice and possession of cannabis.
