Skegness car park attack: Four arrested

Three men and one woman have been arrested in connection with an assault on a 41-year-old man in Lincolnshire which left him seriously injured.

The victim was attacked in the rear car park of Bailey, Morgan & Co Solicitors, off Algitha Road, Skegness in the afternoon of 16 June.

He was taken to Skegness Hospital but later transferred to the intensive care unit at Boston Pilgrim Hospital.

The four have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

The 36 year-old woman and two men, aged 22 and 24, all from Boston and a 34 year-old man from Spilsby were arrested on Saturday on suspicion of theft and causing grievous bodily harm.

Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone who may have seen items of jewellery or a discarded mobile phone in the vicinity to contact them.
