Man, 21, charged with murder after Skegness death

A 21-year-old Lincolnshire man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 31-year-old man.

Jamie Patrick Rawson was arrested after Peter Charles Schruyers, of Skegness, died after an incident on 10 August.

Mr Schruyers died on Monday morning in Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre from head injuries five days after the incident on Wainfleet Road in Skegness.

Two Skegness men, aged 25 and 33, remain on police bail pending further inquiries.

Several other people arrested in connection with the incident have been released without further action.
