Artefacts discovered during a revamp of a Lincolnshire market are to go on public display.
Archaeologists unearthed the items during Boston's Big Dig, which took place last year during a £2m revamp of the site.
Officials said many items from the market's 500 year past will be on display at the town's guildhall.
Gavin Glover, who ran the excavation, said Boston was one of the most important towns in the medieval period.
Among the finds were shoe leather, medieval wooden patterns, pottery, bricks, tiles and animal bones.
