A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving over the death of a cyclist in Lincolnshire.

Timothy Osborn, 27, of Pode Hole, Spalding, was found on a roadside after he failed to arrive home from work on 14 September.

It is thought he had been struck by a vehicle hours earlier on the A151 Bourne Road in Spalding.

A 42-year-old man has been charged. He is due to appear before Spalding magistrates on 20 June.
