Two people bailed over Grantham man's death


Two people arrested on suspicion of murder after the "unexplained" death of a man in Lincolnshire have been released on bail.

Officers were called to Inner Street, Grantham, at about 00:30 GMT on Tuesday to reports of man who had collapsed.

The man, believed to be in his 40s, was taken to hospital but died shortly afterwards.

A 20-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, both from the town, were arrested on Tuesday but later released.

Lincolnshire Police said they were waiting for toxicology reports to identify a cause of death for the man.

They appealed for anyone with information to contact the force.
