Man charged with murder over Sydenham stabbing

A man has appeared in court charged with stabbing a man to death in south-east London.

Tobi Henry, 28, of no fixed address, is accused of murdering Norman Barrett, 46, on Sunday.

Mr Barrett, also known as Wadestone McCalla, was attacked at his home in Lucas Court, Winchfield Road, Sydenham.

Mr Henry appeared via video link at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody until a hearing at the Old Bailey.
